The Free plan lasts 12 months from activation and includes 1 user, 50 products and 20 invoices per month. After it expires, new invoices, products and staff can't be added until you renew or choose a paid plan. Contact us to renew or upgrade.

Starter costs $9.99 per month or $99.90 per year, and Pro costs $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year. Paying yearly saves about 17%. Starter includes 3 users and 200 invoices per month; Pro includes 10 users and 1000 invoices per month.

Plan prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your own invoices can use the currency you set for your business.

Yes. Normal Invoice mode is built for everyday invoicing for businesses anywhere. The ZATCA modes are optional and only relevant for Saudi businesses. Fatoora Kit does not claim tax compliance in other countries, so please confirm your local invoicing rules.

Normal Invoice is the general-purpose mode. Saudi ZATCA Phase 1 covers electronic invoice generation and storage with a QR code. Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 adds integration for clearance (B2B) and reporting (B2C). They are invoicing modes, not pricing tiers.

Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF with Arabic and English labels side by side, your company details, VAT totals and the total written in words. You can choose between PDF templates in settings.

Yes. Credit notes and debit notes are linked to the original invoice, so adjustments and refunds stay traceable. They are not counted against your monthly invoice limit.

The website and invoices are available in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts for Arabic.

Saudi modes need additional onboarding after you create your account, such as your VAT number and ZATCA-related details. Phase 2 also requires setting up the clearance and reporting integration. The app guides you through each step.

Yes. Roles and permissions let you decide what each person can see and do. The app includes Admin, Manager, Customer and Supplier roles, and you can create your own.
